TCC hosted Stephen Small, a national expert on tax law related to conservation easements, for a series of workshops on Conservation Buyer Transactions, Conservation Design Developments, and other Conservation Asset management techniques. The workshops were held in Durham and Charlotte, NC and were sponsored by the Open Space Protection Collaborative, as well as a number of Durham local host sponsors including the Conservation Trust for North Carolina, Kennon, Craver, Belo, Craig and Mckee, PLLC, and Blackman & Sloop, CPAs.
